Project overview
Land with ocean views is very rare on the Sunshine Coast. So when a site like Buderim Avenue comes along – an elevated position boasting sweeping views of Alexandra Headland – there is an opportunity to create something truly special. The site faced a few challenges – a main road, very tight access and dual street frontage. Capitalising on these challenges as catalysts for design ingenuity, the home presents an unassuming front facade; architectural, yet private from the street.
