In a time where vacant land is at a premium, to find a vacant block 100m from the beach in coveted Currimundi Lakes, is almost unheard of. Naturally, when our clients stumbled upon this rare gem, they leapt at the opportunity. The design brief was to create a home that seamlessly integrates multiple living zones. A home where family and friends can come together and congregate in beautiful entertaining areas, enjoy each others company and then retire to their own private zones.
The home features a stunning blend of materials including face brick, steel and cedar feature cladding. The resulting aesthetic is one of contemporary strength. A home that feels solid, stylish and sophisticated.
