It doesn’t get any better than waterfront living. Finding vacant waterfront land on the Sunshine Coast is rare, but when you find the perfect location to build your dream home, creating vacancy is all part of the journey. This amazing site on the banks of the Maroochy River had an existing home which was demolished to make way for this landmark project. Being so close to the water, council regulations required a 1m height elevation to the ground floor level. Whilst adding cost to the build, this requirement was also an opportunity. The elevated structure of the completed home boasts a commanding presence from all façades – and enhances the water views.
